We hired C-Link Consulting for financial analysis of our incentive program to ensure it would motivate our team while also being sustainable for the business. Nick did a great job of promptly and precisely assessing our current state and objectives. He not only grasped our vision quickly, but mirrored it back to us to ensure we had a mutual understanding. Once we were on the same page, Nick worked through several iterations of an incentive model with us to help us understand how we could structure our program to achieve our desired outcomes. Nick did an amazing job at first trying to understand exactly what financial visibility our business was lacking. After carefully hearing us out, he re-iterated the problem back to us exactly how we wanted to hear it. This immediately put us at extreme comfort and we knew that we would get the results we were looking for. Nick then requested some additional specific information, and then scheduled a few calls to make sure the assumptions he made were correct and explained where he was going with it, and within a few days we had a fully functional excel report with configurable formulas and assumptions that we could change to see the reports we wanted to see. Specifically, he helped us build an Employment ROI metric as well as a Marketing ROI metric, both of those now help us make informed decisions, backed by our own data and analysis, on what prospects and resources to indulge in and what may not be worth the ROI.
